Deal Clock is designed as a private, local-first workspace for creator-entered business records.

Data is not collected

Deal Clock does not collect, transmit, sell, rent, or share personal data or deal-record data.

Information stored on your device

Information you enter, including deal terms, payment dates, deliverables, usage rights, extensions, and observations, is stored locally on your device.

No account or cloud service

Deal Clock does not require or provide:

User accounts or sign-in
Cloud synchronization or remote storage
Inbox or email access
Social-account connections
Advertising or third-party analytics tracking

Notifications

When enabled, deadline reminders are scheduled locally through the device operating system. Reminder text is designed to omit brand names, fees, and contract terms from the lock screen.

Exports

PDF exports are created only when you request them. Sharing an exported file through the iPhone share sheet is an action you control and may involve services you select.

Deleting information

Records can be deleted from within Deal Clock. Deleting the app from your device also removes its locally stored data, subject to normal device backup behavior controlled by Apple and your settings.

Children

Deal Clock is a business organization tool and is not directed to children.

Policy changes

This policy may be updated if the app’s features or data practices change. The current version will remain available on this page.
