Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern use of Bulk Participants for JSM, provided by the developer of Bulk Participants for JSM.

License and permitted use

Subject to a valid Atlassian Marketplace license and these terms, you may use the app with Jira Service Management Cloud for your organization's internal business purposes.

Atlassian Marketplace and Jira

The app depends on Atlassian Marketplace, Jira Service Management, and Atlassian Forge services. Availability and functionality may be affected by changes, outages, permissions, or restrictions within those services.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring that you have appropriate authorization and Jira permissions before performing bulk participant changes.

The Preview feature is intended to help review a proposed operation, but it does not replace your responsibility to verify the selected requests, participants, and requested action before applying changes.

Service availability

Reasonable efforts are made to keep the app available and functioning, but uninterrupted or error-free operation is not guaranteed.

Disclaimer

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the app is provided without warranties not expressly stated in these terms. No guarantee is made that the app will meet every requirement or operate without interruption.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the developer will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the app. Any direct liability will be limited to the amount paid for the app during the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, except where applicable law does not permit such a limitation.

Suspension and termination

Access to the app may end when the applicable Marketplace license ends or where continued use would violate these terms, applicable law, or Atlassian platform requirements.

Privacy

Use of the app is also subject to the Bulk Participants for JSM Privacy Policy.

Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated when necessary to reflect changes to the app, Marketplace requirements, or applicable obligations. The current version will be published at this URL.
