Before contacting support
- Include the iPhone model and iOS version if the issue appears device-specific.
- Describe the lesson or screen where the issue occurred.
- Do not send sensitive personal information that is not needed to troubleshoot the problem.
Course progress
Course progress is stored locally on the device. The app provides a local reset option; support does not maintain a server-side copy of lesson progress.
Safety
After the Test is for educational practice while stationary. It is not live emergency response, roadside assistance, or a substitute for official instructions from emergency services, vehicle manufacturers, or local authorities. Do not use the app while driving.
