Privacy Policy

This policy explains the information processed by the ReadyCheck monday.com app, public website, and support channel.

1. Summary

ReadyCheck is designed to minimize data collection. The app reads board data through monday’s authorized APIs when a user opens the Board View or runs a readiness check. ReadyCheck does not maintain an external customer database, does not sell personal information, and does not use advertising or cross-site tracking.

2. Information processed inside the app

Depending on the configured gate, the app may process:

This information is used only to configure, run, display, and preserve readiness-governance workflows requested by the user.

3. Storage and data location

In the live monday app, ReadyCheck configuration and governance records are stored using monday storage and are separated by monday account and Board View. ReadyCheck does not copy those records to an external database. Local browser storage is used only in explicit local-development or demo modes and is not the production storage system.

4. Authentication and credentials

ReadyCheck uses monday’s seamless authentication for Board Views. It does not collect or store a user’s monday password, global API token, OAuth access token, or payment-card information.

5. Public website

The public website uses no analytics scripts, advertising trackers, or tracking cookies. Limited web-server error logs may contain an IP address, timestamp, requested path, browser metadata, or technical error details. These logs are used for security and availability troubleshooting and are rotated on a limited schedule.

6. Support communications

When a person emails support, ReadyCheck receives the sender’s address, message, attachments, and any information voluntarily included. Support records are used to respond, diagnose issues, prevent abuse, and maintain reasonable business records. Do not send passwords, secrets, or unnecessary sensitive board data.

7. Sharing

ReadyCheck does not sell or rent personal information. Information may be processed by monday.com as the platform and storage provider, by IONOS as the public website and email infrastructure provider, or when disclosure is required by law, necessary to protect users, or needed to investigate security or abuse.

8. Retention and deletion

App records remain in monday storage according to the user’s actions and monday’s platform behavior. ReadyCheck holds no external copy of those records. Website error logs are rotated, and support communications are kept only as long as reasonably needed for support, security, legal, and business-record purposes.

9. Security

ReadyCheck uses HTTPS, read-only board access, explicit API versioning, input and stored-value validation, account and Board View storage isolation, bounded read-only retries, and no external credential store. No system can guarantee absolute security.

10. Privacy choices and requests

Users may request access, correction, or deletion of support information controlled by ReadyCheck by emailing support@getreadycheck.com. Requests involving monday-hosted app data may also require action by the user’s monday account administrator or monday.com.

11. International users and children

ReadyCheck is operated from the United States and is not directed to children under 16. Users outside the United States understand that support information may be processed in the United States.

12. Changes

This policy may be updated as ReadyCheck changes. The effective date at the top of this page will be revised for material updates.
