Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By installing, accessing, or using ReadyCheck, you agree to these Terms. If you use ReadyCheck for an organization, you represent that you have authority to accept these Terms for that organization.

2. The service

ReadyCheck provides read-only readiness checks and related governance workflows inside monday.com. It may evaluate approval status, ownership, deliverables, blockers, configured status values, and other board evidence. ReadyCheck does not edit monday board items.

3. Not a certification or substitute for judgment

A ReadyCheck result is based on the configuration and board data available at the time of a scan. It is not legal, regulatory, financial, safety, or professional certification. Users remain responsible for verifying information and making release, launch, approval, compliance, and risk decisions.

4. Accounts and authorized use

You must have a valid monday account and authorization to access the boards and information evaluated by ReadyCheck. You may not use ReadyCheck to violate law, rights, monday’s terms, access controls, or organizational policies; interfere with the service; introduce malicious code; or attempt unauthorized access.

5. Configuration and user content

You control the gate configuration and records created through ReadyCheck. You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of the board data, waiver explanations, approval notes, and other content used with the service.

6. Plans, trials, billing, cancellations, and refunds

Free and paid capabilities may be offered through monday.com’s native marketplace monetization system. monday.com processes subscription checkout, renewals, taxes, currency conversion, cancellations, and approved refunds under its applicable terms and policies.

Paid app subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. Uninstalling ReadyCheck does not cancel a subscription. Cancellations must be completed through monday.com billing.

A cancellation within 30 days of the initial purchase is handled through monday.com’s automatic refund flow. Requests after 30 days, and special cases, require ReadyCheck’s approval before monday.com Customer Experience can process a refund. Refund requests should be sent to support@getreadycheck.com and must not contain payment-card details.

7. Support and communications

Support is available through support@getreadycheck.com, with a target initial response within 48 hours. ReadyCheck may contact users in response to support requests and for transactional, billing, service, security, legal, or material product notices. ReadyCheck will not send promotional marketing by default; marketing communications will require consent or another lawful basis and will include an appropriate opt-out.

8. Intellectual property and feedback

ReadyCheck and its original software, branding, documentation, and website content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms grant a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service according to the applicable plan. Feedback may be used to improve ReadyCheck without obligation, provided it does not disclose confidential information.

9. Third-party platform

ReadyCheck depends on monday.com and related platform services. ReadyCheck is independently developed and is not owned, endorsed, or operated by monday.com. monday.com is responsible for its own platform, availability, accounts, billing services, APIs, and policies.

10. Availability and changes

ReadyCheck may change, suspend, or discontinue features to improve the product, maintain security, comply with law or platform requirements, or address technical limitations. Reasonable efforts will be made to avoid unnecessary disruption, but uninterrupted or error-free operation is not guaranteed.

11. Disclaimers

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, READYCHECK IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, OR UNINTERRUPTED OPERATION. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN DISCLAIMERS, SO SOME OF THIS SECTION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

12. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, READYCHECK WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF PROFITS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, OR DECISIONS MADE FROM A READINESS RESULT. TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING FROM THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNT PAID FOR READYCHECK DURING THE PRECEDING TWELVE MONTHS OR US$100. THESE LIMITS MAY NOT APPLY WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.

13. Termination

You may stop using or uninstall ReadyCheck at any time. Access may be suspended for material breach, abuse, security risk, nonpayment, legal requirements, or platform restrictions. Sections intended by their nature to survive termination will remain effective.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, excluding its conflict-of-law rules. Before filing a formal claim, the parties will make a good-faith effort to resolve the issue through support.

15. Changes to these Terms

These Terms may be updated. Material changes will be reflected by a revised effective date and, when appropriate, a service notice.
