Before sending a support request

  • Do not send passwords, API tokens, private keys, or payment information.
  • Redact confidential board content from screenshots when practical.
  • State whether the issue affects one Board View or multiple Board Views.
  • For billing questions, include the account name and plan, but no payment-card details.

Supported product scope

ReadyCheck is a monday.com Board View that reads board structure and item data to evaluate configured readiness rules. It does not edit board items. The public website does not host the ReadyCheck application or receive board data.

Billing, cancellations, and refunds

Paid ReadyCheck plans are billed and managed through the monday.com app marketplace. App subscriptions renew automatically unless an authorized account administrator cancels before the renewal date.

  • Uninstalling ReadyCheck does not cancel its paid subscription. The subscription must be cancelled through monday.com billing.
  • After a cancellation request, paid access remains governed by the subscription’s current renewal date and monday.com’s billing status.
  • A cancellation within 30 days of the initial purchase is handled through monday.com’s automatic refund flow.
  • Refund requests after 30 days, or special cases, should be emailed to ReadyCheck support for review. Approved requests are processed by monday.com Customer Experience.
  • A failed renewal payment enters monday.com’s payment-recovery process. monday currently provides a 45-day grace period before app access ends.

Include the monday account name, plan, purchase date, and reason for a refund request. Never send payment-card details.

Material service or security notices will be posted on this page when appropriate. ReadyCheck may contact users who have requested support or when a transactional, security, or service notice is necessary.
